Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted onsite allowing us to press the fruit within hours of harvest for exceptional freshness and quality. The gentle cold-pressing process preserves the natural flavours, aromas and health benefits of the olives, resulting in a premium extra virgin olive oil that truly reflects the character of our grove and each season's harvest.

Our flavoured olive oils are crafted by cold pressing fresh ingredients with our olives using the traditional Italian Agrumato method.
